For exhibitors (and our Sponsors!) here is the information you need regarding setting up your booth space:

  1. Setup is from 7AM to 8:45AM on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023.  Please plan to be completely setup no later than 8:45AM.
  2. When you arrive at PMHS, pull up at the front entrance and then CHECK-IN at the front table.
  3. Your booth number and location will be provided to you at CHECK-IN.
  4. There will be members from the BSA Troop #53 to assist you in getting materials to your booth.
  5. PLEASE:  Once you are unloaded, PARK your car in the BACK LOT.

If you need assistance at any time during the show, ask ANY Rotarian for help.

You MUST remain until the end of the show at 3:00PM.
